The Product & Operations Manager is a highly analytical individual with outstanding communication skills, management skills, a deep passion for Client service and Technology, enabling Product and Solution delivery, including Service/Implementation and Client adoption. Product & Operations Manager’s main task will be to analyze, communicate and develop ChatBots by using in-house tools. The job requires extensive domain research and development of respective data/conversational flow
Product & Operations Manager will analyze products, solutions, and features and continuously study the already existing ChatBots in the market
Oversee full logistics management, support services and client relations
Will be responsible for creation and delivery of all client-facing solution communications associated with products, solutions, and features, including communicating dates and maintenance windows
Forecast, hire and train as needed for customer support and logistics while chatbot onboarding.
Understanding the perspective of the client and taking actions to integrate their needs for solutions
Participates in root cause, analyze, create and deliver business and client communications as needed based on the outcome
Develop the in-house ChatBot by improving its efficiency using the in-house platform
Maintenance of the in-house ChatBot deployed at the Client Site by monitoring its performance
Leveraging best practices to enable the business to achieve scale and efficiency targets while enhancing the experience; overseeing relationship building with our clients.
Understand customer needs and priorities to carry out operational planning and to set, execute and deliver upon expectations with timeliness and quality
Identify improvement areas after testing and suggest and execute upon process changes required
2+ years of experience working in a product or IT operations or Business Analysis, Service preferably in the high tech industry.
Good analytical abilities and logical thinking
Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed data/conversational flow
Must be efficient in handling/working on technology-based tools
The ability to conduct market research
Ability to communicate diverse client and associate end-user requirements
